Bunbeg B&B, An Teach Bán, is a friendly, informal country home B&B in Bunbeg, Gweedore, West Donegal. Overlooking the Atlantic, it is in a quiet position about 150 metres off the road running from Bunbeg to Derrybeg but close to several good hotels and bars in the area.
This Co Donegal accommodation is ideally placed for enjoying the local Gweedore walks over hills, beaches, rocks or bog roads. More adventurous folk can do a bit of climbing or enjoy water sports on the ocean or on local lakes and rivers.
Less active sorts can enjoy driving round the many wonderful Donegal beauty spots. On the better days, the clean local beaches are excellent places to chill out. We will be happy to share information about our favourite Donegal trips and walks, such as along the beaches or to Dunlewey, Glenveagh National Park or Ards Forest Park.
An Teach Bán B&B, Bunbeg has three en suite double or twin rooms, one standard double room and one standard single room - prices are 30-35 euros per person sharing.
Rooms are regularly refurbished and decorated and have tea/coffee making facilities. There is a lounge for the use of guests and our conservatory-style dining room overlooks Gola Island.
We support the UN Millennium Development Goals and try to do what we can by buying Fair Trade goods when available.
